Multimedia Design Associate

Opportunity Overview:
Cohere Health’s brand and marketing needs span a wide range: product marketing, corporate marketing, sales, event management, content development, client communications, and more. As such, this role offers a tremendous opportunity for a creative, energetic, and curious person to make an immediate impact on Cohere's growth. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Operations in India, and working closely with the Manager of Corporate Marketing and Design Specialist in the US, you will be instrumental in developing visual communications across the company.

What you’ll do:

• Design branded digital, multimedia, and offline marketing materials. You will conceptualise and design materials that enhance the Cohere Health brand narrative and drive response across each of our marketing channels, including:
• Video design and production
• Slide decks/presentations
• Website and social media graphics
• Sales collateral
• Design standards and systems. You will contribute to the development of Cohere Health’s style and component library. You’ll work closely with Cohere Health’s US marketing team, including the Design Specialist, to ensure consistency across our brand designs. 
• Stay on top of graphic design trends.  Because Cohere Health highly values design thinking, we’ll need you to be a student of design trends that may impact our product or brand. Ever curious, you’ll also monitor our competitors and how they leverage design in both their marketing and their products.
• Produce multimedia content. Help tell Cohere’s story through video to connect with audiences and highlight our brand.

Required Qualifications:

Must-haves

• 2-3 years of experience developing a wide range of marketing communications, either on an in-house team or at a large-scale global agency 
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects, communicate effectively with non-design stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a strong foundation in fundamental design principles
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, including digital and print
• Experience working within brand and design systems
• Experience collaborating with marketing and other stakeholders 
• Fluency in Figma
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Canva, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in healthcare and technology; video production using AI tools
• Process-oriented mindset with an ability to identify opportunities to streamline creative production
• Degree or certification in design and video production
• Demonstrated success in multimedia campaigns (stretch)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
