• Support production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release
• Create, analyze and review technical charts and data (such as SPC/DOE/split lot/Space/Si-view/JMP/Klarity)
• Perform process matching between equipment's to reduce variations for better tool matching
• Identify chronic issues, establish improvement programs/procedures for resolution
• Work with cross function teams to address yield improvement, excursions and best practices across fabs
• Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve performance indices and optimize productivity • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
