【業務内容】
- モンブランブティックでの接客、販売、修理受付、オペレーション業務
- 店外催事、イベントにおける接遇、商談、外販活動顧客情報、在庫管理など販売関連業務
- 店内ディスプレイや商品配置の変更作業
【求める人物像】
- 高級消費財、宝飾・時計・レザー販売経験者
- 社会人経験が2年以上あり、販売及び接客経験ある方チームで働く事が好きで、多様性に富んだ就労環境で思いやりをもって働くことができること
- お客様との信頼関係を築き、フレキシブルな対応のできる方
- 目的意識を持ち、自らのスキルアップに積極的に取り組める方

Skills Required
- Experience selling luxury goods (jewelry, watches, leather)
- At least 2 years of professional experience with sales and customer service
- Enjoy working in a team and ability to work compassionately in diverse environments
- Ability to build trust with customers and respond flexibly
- Goal-oriented and proactive about personal skill development
- Strong passion for the Montblanc brand
- Experience with external sales/events in department stores
- Experience serving customers in English
