As a Mobile Claims Specialist, you'll support injured workers through their recovery and return-to-work journey. Every day is different and you’ll speak with workers, employers and healthcare providers, providing guidance, coordinating support and helping people get back on their feet.

This is a role where you'll see the impact of your work firsthand. You'll spend time meeting with workers and employers face-to-face, visiting workplaces and medical clinics, while also working closely with your team to achieve the best outcomes for everyone involved.

We'll provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed, along with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and build a long-term career with EML. This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Adelaide office with the flexibility for hybrid work once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and drive RTW plans while liaising with a variety of stakeholders to ensure Return to Work outcomes
  • Collaborate with claims specialists, liability specialists & other technical and support experts to manage a portfolio of claims
  • Conduct purposeful community-based visits to worksites or medical clinics at initial stages of a claim to deliver face to face assistance to workers and employers
  • Provide accurate information that is consistent and easy to understand to coach and educate employers around the health benefits and impacts of returning to work

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and work closely with a wide range of customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent customer service skills including the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes
  • Strong computer and records management skills
  • You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment while also being confident working autonomously and taking ownership of your workload.
  • Current driver’s license and a 5 star ANCAP rating vehicle
