Drive the creation, presentation, and continuous improvement of the bar menu, ensuring alignment with F&B standards and introducing innovative concepts to enhance the guest experience.
Collaborate with F&B Supervisors to plan and deliver training for all service staff on beverage preparation and service standards, including menu refreshers, developing training content, and conducting regular skills assessments.
Supervise and manage assigned bar operations end-to-end, coordinating with supervisors and managers to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency.
Ensure accurate preparation and service of beverages by pouring, mixing, and blending according to recipes to guarantee quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
Provide day-to-day guidance to bar-assigned service staff, including task allocation, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure consistent service standards.
Deliver courteous and professional service to all guests, ensuring positive and memorable experiences supported by extensive beverage knowledge.
Monitor, review, and control inventory and stock management, ensuring cost efficiency, accuracy in requisitions, and timely availability of beverages and materials without service disruption.
Address and report guest complaints promptly and work collaboratively with the team to resolve issues effectively.
Ensure adherence to EKFC Occupational Health, Safety, and Quality Policies (ISO 9001:2008), applying safe working practices and implementing corrective actions as required.
- Ensure all responsibilities are executed in line with departmental procedures while proactively monitoring compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and upholding EKFC’s standards of quality, safety, and service excellence across all lounge operations.
Education Qualification:
• High school certification (must have)
• Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• WSET 1,2 & 3 or other beverage certification (preferred)
Work Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bar or as a bartender in the hospitality industry.
• Should be able to maintain a professional and groomed appearance as per the requirement of the role.
