Description

Markon is seeking a Mission Support Administrator to support our Intelligence Customer by providing administrative or office management support to a group, office, program or project.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative or office management support to a group, office, program, or project.

  • Coordinate and execute administrative support functions to ensure efficient and orderly operations.

  • Support the work of teams or leadership under general supervision.

Specific duties and responsibilities may include:

  • Administrative Support
  • Integrated Support Using IT Applications
  • Process/Workflow Management
  • Quality Assurance
Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph
  • 1-2 years of prior administrative support or comparable experience, demonstrating increased levels of complexity and responsibility in the areas of problem solving, work independently, maturity, judgement, and initiative.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical skills sufficient to assess moderately complex information from multiple sources
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to deliver informational type briefings to various audiences
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Established policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Working knowledge of Agency and IC admin processes and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Agency and IC structure, regulations, policies and protocols
  • Working knowledge of assignment specific internal admin support applications
Salary RangeUSD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
