Translates mission requirements into scalable system capabilities, analyzes and allocates requirements across integrated IT systems, evaluates alternatives and tradeoffs, and supports technical planning and risk management across geospatial intelligence environments.

Conduct vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and exploit development across complex software, operating systems, embedded platforms, and hardware interfaces. Analyze low-level architectures, OS internals, network protocols, and exploit mitigations; develop tools and operationalize cyber capabilities. Develop and document enterprise architecture baselines, future states, and transition plans across multiple organizations. Prepares, reviews, revises, and maintains technical documentation for software, systems, hardware, operations, testing, installation, configuration, and end users. Creates code documentation, implementation guides, data-flow documentation, and technical publications using engineering resources and technical drawings. Collaborates with customers and senior leadership to produce polished documents and graphics for internal and external distribution.

Supports configuration management across the lifecycle of packet-based hardware and software systems for a Fort Meade customer. Responsibilities include baseline management, change control, configuration audits, documentation, systems integration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, sustainment, and technology modernization. The role coordinates with engineering, operations, and program teams while maintaining configuration plans, technical records, and system integrity. An active TS/SCI with polygraph, bachelor’s degree, and 14-plus years of relevant experience are required.

Leads testing strategy and execution for mission-critical intelligence systems. Designs automated and manual tests covering system, integration, regression, performance, and stress scenarios; maintains test documentation and frameworks; validates data ingest and lifecycle compliance; tracks defects; analyzes results; and supports integration, deployment, accreditation, and operational testing in Linux and AWS environments.

Conducts in-depth target analysis, SIGINT reporting, network analysis, and intelligence data evaluation for an intelligence customer. Responsibilities include researching and authoring time-sensitive reports, integrating SIGINT and OSINT, maintaining target profiles and databases, identifying intelligence gaps, analyzing behavioral and communication patterns, supporting collection strategies, and mentoring junior analysts. The role requires advanced TDNA expertise, strong analytical and writing skills, and an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
