Ensure migration‑related changes are accurately reflected and validated in Reference Data systems
Understand how data changes affect connected systems and teams, and support coordinated responses
- Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement
Maintain and improve operational procedures across migration and Reference Data activities
Keep documentation clear, accurate, accessible, and aligned with evolving tools and processes
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and simplify manual work
Support the thoughtful use of automation and emerging tools, including AI‑enabled tools where appropriate

Participate in operational reviews, coordination meetings, and delivery checkpoints
Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
Build positive, collaborative working relationships across teams and time zones
Relevant Experience

Experience or exposure to migration activities within Travel IT, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), airlines, or related environments
Familiarity with the migration lifecycle, including planning, execution, validation, and issue resolution
Ability to coordinate work across multiple tasks using appropriate tools, processes, and support
