RSM’s Dynamics 365 Enterprise practice (D365), which supports Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&SC), is a group of highly specialized, multi-disciplined individuals with experience in ERP implementations, industry, technology consulting, and project management. We desire a confident individual who can think strategically and who can assist in building and managing a team of consultants with diverse skill sets. This individual should be versed in project and program management, while also being task oriented and capable of meeting the tight deadlines that often come with implementation-related work. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience implementing D365 and managing implementation teams, with deep functional depth in F&SC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the USI D365 F&SC practice delivery quality and timelines.
- Work closely with US counterparts to manage workload and client deliverables.
- Manage consulting resource assignments across multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide solution oversight and design review for complex engagements; serve as the senior functional and delivery escalation point.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new talent into USI to support growth.
- Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and team leads, including formal performance management (talent development).
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- 5+ years of experience managing consulting teams and/or a delivery practice.
- Demonstrated functional depth in D365 F&SC (preferred) or another D365 product line.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficient in key end-to-end business processes including, but not limited to:
- Lead to Quote
- Order to Cash
- Procure to Pay
- Record to Report
- Receive to Ship (warehouse management)
- Plan to Produce (manufacturing)
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
- Microsoft certifications across the relevant D365 product line(s) – e.g., MB-300 / MB-310 / MB-330 for F≻ functional or solution-architect certifications preferred.
- Experience with implementation methodologies (Microsoft Success by Design or Sure Step) and full-lifecycle delivery.
- Program / project management credentials (PMP, Scrum) a plus.
- Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) familiarity.
- Experience serving middle-market clients across manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.
