Requirements Analysis & Documentation
- • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments
- • Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for the development team
- • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
- • Develop process flow diagrams, data models, and system interface specifications
Stakeholder Management
- • Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and project management
- • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather requirements
- • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and project sponsors
- • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Solution Design & Validation
- • Collaborate with technical architects and developers to design optimal solutions
- • Evaluate proposed solutions against business requirements and organizational constraints
- • Participate in system design reviews and provide business perspective
- • Define acceptance criteria and validation approaches for deliverables
Testing & Quality Assurance
- • Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements
- • Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- • Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- • Document and track defects through resolution
Skills Required
