As a Software Engineering Team Lead for our core product, AMS, you will lead the full-stack
engineering team responsible for the central platform used directly by all our enterprise customers.
AMS is a key business driver and one of our most impactful and revenue-generating products.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team that works hand-in-hand with Product Management to
deliver new feature initiatives, maintain high product quality, and drive overall system stability. You
will act as a key technical leader, mentor, and hands-on contributor - owning architectural decisions,
feature execution, on-call processes, and practical solutions that help our customers get the
absolute most out of the product.
We are looking for a sharp, proactive leader with strong organizational skills, high learning agility,
and a passion for technology. If you thrive on taking ownership, making clear technical decisions,
and staying close to both the code and the product - this role is for you. 

• Team Leadership & Ownership: Mentoring and guiding a full-stack engineering team,
fostering a culture of ownership, high engineering standards, and continuous growth.
• Product Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers to align on roadmap goals,
translate business needs into scalable architectures, and turn product vision into clean,
robust code.
• Architecture & Hands-On Delivery: Drive architectural clarity and best practices across our
Python backend, React frontend, and PostgreSQL data layer. Balance hands-on coding, design
reviews, and code quality with execution management.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee platform reliability, performance, monitoring, and incident
management using modern observability tools.
• Customer Value & Continuous Optimization: Lead initiative-driven maintenance and
enhancements to help existing enterprise clients derive maximum value from the AMS
platform.
• Modern Engineering & AI: Champion organized workflows and leverage modern tooling
(including AI-assisted development) to drive team efficiency and innovation

• 2+ years of engineering leadership experience in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with expertise in Python.
• Full-Stack Capability: Strong familiarity with full-stack domains (Python backend + React
frontend).
• Database & Data Modeling: Strong proficiency with relational databases, specifically
PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning).
• Fast Learner & Curious Mindset: Ability to quickly master complex domains, absorb new
context, and make confident technical decisions.
• Strong Organization & Execution Skills: Natural capability to prioritize, bring structure, solve
problems under pressure, and lead by example.
• Hands-on Leader: Passionate about diving into code, debugging complex issues,
participating in on-call rotations, and guiding the team day-to-day.
• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical
experience.
