As a Manager Network Operations Analysis, you will deliver insights to key leadership and stakeholders by developing viable solutions through data analysis, reporting, and advanced analytics techniques.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Provide direction to project teams including assignment of individual responsibilities, tasks and technical functions, evaluate and mentor staff
- Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and uses them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources
- Provide decision support for Network Operations. Outlines options while executing priorities and business-related decisions to achieve goals and drive results
- Participate in department and interdepartmental planning teams and works cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization
- Respond effectively to requests for ad-hoc analyses. Translates business inquiries into actionable reports or dashboards to monitor KPIs, while highlighting areas of concern and/or opportunity
- Develop optimal reporting environment so standard recurring tasks can be done more quickly and efficiently and key users can more readily access key findings
- Develop team capabilities in working with large data sets and analytical tools
- Develop creative and innovative analytical solutions for problem solving

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, and related field or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 7+ years technical or business work experience
- Project management experience
- Experience working with large data sets using structured query tools such as SQL
Skills
- SHIFT Schedule: SUN-THUR 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, but may change to MON-FRI 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM based on business needs.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
- Demonstrated organization and communication skills
- Ability to both drive change, while collaborating with a variety of individuals and organizations
- Professional and courteous demeanor with ability to lead in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with ability to initiate and drive projects toward completion
- Demonstrated communication, both written and oral
- Substantial knowledge of data mining and in drawing conclusions from data

- Cable industry recognized certifications
Experience
- 2+ years management or leadership experience
- Experience in telecommunications or other comparable industries
- Experience with Network Operations organization a plus
- Experience using standard data analytical tools
