As a Mgr IT for Mobile Billing Operations you will be responsible for implementing Mobile Billing initiatives that support the strategy and goals of corporation. You will implement IT standards, policies and/or master plan for the IT function, manage the development and acquisition of new technologies and tools to improve the organization's internal operations and data delivery, and implement new technological directions along with managing the organization in the deployment.
WHAT OUR IT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
  • Producing and maintaining technical and procedural documentation as required
  • Managing diagnoses and resolutions within Mobile Billing hardware and software for internal and external customers
  • Ensuring uninterrupted IT network support
  • Developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures to support Billing software and systems
  • Developing and training Mobile Billing staff in areas such as, network, VMware, data communication links and other infrastructure services
  • Assisting in providing innovative ideas for improvements, for corporate, IT processes and new technologies throughout the company

In this role you'll serve as the primary point-of-contact regarding technical implementation for Mobile Billing service and software clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring all Mobile Billing clients are adequately supported in all systems and software offered by Charter along with managing the support staff and assisting in making strategic IT decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: IT work experience: 3+ years; Project management experience: 1+ years
  • Education: BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Abilities: Learn and support new systems and applications with detailed accuracy; Multi-task, change, and organize priorities in a fast-paced environment; Demonstrated ability to successfully distill complex technical information into clear, concise yet comprehensive communication material; Communicate effectively and concisely to different levels and businesses; Ability to lead an operations team with a strong focus on SQL support
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of information technologies and methodologies related to assigned IT segment or area; Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders; Analytical with problem solving abilities; decision making
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in technical operations and SRE; Project Management; Client server computing; Network Security and Architecture experience
  • Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
