About this opportunity
The Mobile Financial Services (MFS) Security Program Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of the contracted security program, ensuring all contractual obligations, KPIs, and service levels are consistently met or exceeded. This role acts as the primary senior authority for program performance, security risk management, and vulnerability remediation across the customer environment.
The MFS Security Program Director serves as the executive interface to the customer, driving accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement while coordinating internal delivery teams (mainly Security architects).
Role is member of Head of MFS Service Delivery Leadership Team.
What you will do
Program Delivery & Contractual Performance
• Own end-to-end delivery of the security program in line with contractual requirements, KPIs, and SLAs.• Track, manage, and report program performance metrics to internal leadership and customer stakeholders.• Ensure timely delivery of all contractual milestones, reports, and service commitments.• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery, performance, and contractual issues.
Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary senior point of contact for the customer on security program delivery.• Lead governance meetings, service reviews, and executive briefings.• Build trusted relationships with customer leadership and operational teams.• Manage expectations, risks, and change requests in line with contractual processes.
Risk & Vulnerability Management
• Oversee identification, prioritization, and remediation of security vulnerabilities across the program scope.• Ensure risks are documented, tracked, and mitigated in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.• Drive remediation plans with delivery teams and customer stakeholders.• Monitor emerging threats and ensure appropriate response actions are implemented.
Incident & Issue Management
• Provide executive oversight for security incidents impacting the customer.• Ensure incidents are managed in accordance with contractual response and reporting requirements.• Lead post-incident reviews and corrective action plans.• Ensure lessons learned are incorporated into program improvements.
Program Governance & Assurance
• Establish and maintain program governance structures, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with customer contractual obligations.• Support customer audits, assessments, and assurance activities.• Maintain accurate program documentation and evidence.
Leadership & Delivery Coordination
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (security operations, engineering, risk, compliance, vendors).• Hold teams accountable for performance, quality, and timelines.• Manage subcontractors and third-party providers as part of the delivery model.• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.• Stimulate consultative approach along with adjustment ways of working to local customs with consideration to Code of Conduct and local OHS.• Compose productive teams Manage business continuity Ensure Customer Satisfaction Secure that financial, quality, OHS and performance measurements are in place and continuously measured.
