Scope:
Review and create internal documentation package (bill of materials, configuration control, work instructions)
Support production and process engineering with documentation updates
Support customer calls and visit with documentation reviews and audits
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates the workflow documents (Travelers) by which printed circuit boards are manufactured efficiently and consistently in order to meet customer quality requirements
Work with Production Control on the release of jobs to the production floor. Adding holds for different engineers and processes.
Interface with Engineering on special builds and test vehicles.
Provide direct assistance to the Production Floor for Process / Technical issues and work to enhance and simplify documentation utilized by production floor associates with process engineering.
Interface directly with customers as well as provide DFM (design for manufacturability) support as necessary.
Familiar with all manufacturing equipment, programming requirements and associated procedures necessary for completing traveler instructions.
Implementation of TCF/Technical Change Forms
Work with customers to close out TQ/Technical Queries. Track open TQ’s and continually communicate with customers
Ability to handle all methods engineering job disciplines and provide support (technical and workload) to other engineers as required.
Perform contract review to ensure compliance with end-customer requirements.
Prepares project plans, manages/executes completion in time-critical manner
Ensure documents(s) are in compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards

Working knowledge of MRP system a plus (Oracle)
Solidworks, Genesis or similar 3d modeling software a plus.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience within a PCBA environment
Working knowledge of Industry and Military Standards
Environment:
Must be able to sit in front of a computer for 8 hours at a time
Read, Speak and Understand and Communicate instructions to others in English.
Detail oriented.
Able to quickly switch tasks based on department needs.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
