MK: Метод Инженер (Монтажа/Испитување)

За позицијата:

Развива и изработува технолошки постапки за монтажа и испитување на подсклопови / производи.

Главни одговорности:

• Изработува визуелна технолошка документација, во која ги пропишува чекорите, помагалата и алатите за монтирање и испитување на функционални склопови и уреди
• Снима време за монтирање и испитување, го анализира  и документира во технологијата
• Соработува со конструкторот на алат во фаза на развој на направите и помагалата за монтажа/испитување
• Учествува во процесот на планирање, изработка на спецификации и изработка на пробници за испитување на делови, склопови и системи
• Изработува софтвер за пробници за испитување на производи и системи
• Врши корекција и надградба на постоечки софтвер за испитување на подсклопови/производи/системи
• Технолошките операции и производните времиња ги внесува во ЕРП систем
• Ги следи и спроведува сите измени во дизајнот на деловите / производите / системите
• Изготвува предлог-нарачки за замена на алати, калибри и направи и учествува во изработка на спецификации за нивна набавка.
• Работи на подобрување на процесите и намалување на трошоците за монтажа и испитување
• Врз основа на производствениот план подготвува план за снимање на време за монтажа и испитување
• Врши анализа на ефикасноста на операторите во монтажа и испитување и дава предлози за зголемување на ефикасноста
• Ја архивира технолошката документација во дигитален формат
• Одговара за точноста и применливоста на податоците во технолошката постапка
• По потреба извршува и други работни задачи од делокругот на време и методи

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински инженер или срдоно образование. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

Предност - најмалку 1 година слично работно искуство; познавање на процеси на машинска обработка, познавање на CAM софтвер.

EN: Method Engineer (Assembly/Testing)

Position Summary:

Develops technological procedures for installation and testing of subassemblies / products.

Major Responsibilities:

• Prepares visual technological documentation, in which it prescribes the steps, aids and tools for installation and testing of functional assemblies and devices

• Records installation and testing time, analyzes and documents in technology

• Collaborates with the tool designer in the development phase of devices and aids for assembly / testing

• Participates in the process of planning, development of specifications and development of test cases for parts, assemblies and systems

• Develops software for testing products and systems

• Corrects and upgrades existing software for testing subassemblies / products / systems

• Enters technological operations and production times into the ERP system

• Monitors and implements all changes in the design of parts / products / systems

• Prepares proposal-orders for replacement of tools, calibers and devices and participates in the preparation of specifications for their procurement.

• Works to improve processes and reduce installation and testing costs

• Prepares a plan for recording assembly and testing time based on the production plan

• Analyzes the efficiency of the operators in installation and testing and gives suggestions for increasing the efficiency

• Archives technological documentation in digital format

• Responsible for the accuracy and applicability of the data in the technological procedure

• Performs other work tasks within the scope of time and methods as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Graduated mechanical engineer or related education; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in spoken and written English. 

Advantage – min 1 year related work experience; great knowledge of machining processes, great knowledge of CAM software.
