Three-year rotational program with three one-year rotations to develop technical, business, and leadership skills. Rotations may include field technical services, material management, remote monitoring and diagnostics, project management, and product development. Participants receive technical and leadership training, frequent exposure to senior leaders, direct customer interaction, and must be willing to travel or relocate and work in shop environments.

Provide technical product support for Digital Mine systems (CAS, DGS), monitor system performance, analyse data and produce reports, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, recommend alarm and system optimizations, and support maintenance, firmware/software updates, and customer relationships at BHP Escondida.

Interpret and implement customer specifications for pantographs and current collectors; develop and optimize products for cost and standardization; analyse risks and opportunities; propose design changes; report progress and technical risks to project manager; manage budgets and schedules; design, qualify and validate components and suppliers in close cooperation with purchasing.

Integrate, configure, and validate lab hardware and software for Trip Optimizer systems. Develop simulation models, test and troubleshoot rail-specific integrations (GPS, air brake, VLSI‑EAB), maintain PCs and assets, document processes, collaborate with global engineers and IT, and ensure EHS compliance.

Lead design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, implement technological changes, maintain production documentation, drive 5S/Kaizen, own production module during SAP implementation, define costing, create/modify BoMs and routings in the ERP, and lead a team to improve quality and productivity.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS. Work across the ML lifecycle—data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning LLMs, image/NLP models, and deployment—while collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring peers, and researching new AI tools.

Perform FEA/CAE to support mechanical design: build and mesh models, run structural, fatigue and vibration analyses (static, dynamic, transient), interpret results, recommend design changes, and support product development using tools like Ansys, Nastran and Abaqus.

Provide customer service, order processing, commercial administration and office coordination. Support financial admin (quotes, POs, invoices), travel and event coordination, inventory control, packing/dispatch, reporting, and reception duties to ensure efficient daily operations.

Lead CFD engineer responsible for fluid mechanics and heat transfer calculations, performing commercial CFD simulations (conjugate heat transfer, aerodynamics, turbomachinery, MRF), verifying results with hand calculations, optimizing meshes and workflows from CAD to post-processing, benchmarking with experiments, documenting standards, and communicating requirements across interdisciplinary global teams while driving research and product innovation.

Support PLM activities for the Hosur engineering team: Teamcenter administration, MBOM/EBOM and CAD data management, BOM releases, data migration and cleansing, ECR/ECO support, audit readiness, and continuous PLM process improvements across engineering and ERP systems.

Serve as primary technical interface for customers on railway brake systems: drive application engineering, prepare engineering documentation (specs, FMECA, traceability), perform hands-on design (CATIA/AutoCAD), develop pneumatic/electrical schematics, support testing, commissioning and field troubleshooting, and lead reliability, cost-reduction, and product-sustenance initiatives.

Lead application engineering for railway brake control systems: act as customer SPOC, deliver end-to-end technical documentation, perform hands-on design using CATIA/AutoCAD, develop pneumatic/electrical schematics, run FMECA/RAMS activities, support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and drive cost, localization and continuous improvement initiatives across product lifecycle.

Design, test, validate and support electric rotating machines (motors, alternators, generators). Produce drawings, specs, DFMEAs, present technical data, support manufacturing and field issues, and lead new product introductions.

Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain embedded C/C++ software for RTOS and bare-metal platforms. Participate in design/code reviews, work with cross-functional teams, engage customers/partners, and support deployment and product enhancements.

Develop and execute territory sales for ANI/RVI nondestructive inspection products. Perform customer demonstrations, prospecting, quoting, CRM management, coordinate with internal teams, travel ~50%, and follow strategic selling processes (Miller Heiman).

Execute daily supply chain planning, manage orders and RMAs, update ERP shipment and work-order data, track and escalate delivery risks, coordinate between Commercial Ops and Production, support missed‑shipment root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer delivery expectations.

Develop and execute territory sales strategy for ANI/RVI products, demo equipment, prospect and follow up leads, prepare quotes, use CRM, coordinate with internal teams, and travel ~50% for customer meetings and demonstrations.

Sell ANI/RVI inspection products within a defined territory by prospecting, demonstrating products, managing quotes and CRM, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting sales targets with ~50% travel.

Lead global product strategy, roadmap, and P&L for assigned NDT sensor products and connected devices/software. Drive market analysis, NPI, go-to-market launches, cross-functional coordination with R&D, sales, marketing and supply chain, and engage key accounts to grow market share and ensure product lifecycle success.

Develop and execute territory sales strategy for ANI/RVI inspection products. Demonstrate products, prospect and follow leads, prepare quotes, coordinate with sales engineers and account managers, use CRM for reporting, attend meetings and professional events, and travel ~50% for customer demos and sales.
