Your Impact
  • Lead the METAC Channel strategy and execution, translating Cisco priorities into regional growth plans and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and strengthen the partner ecosystem, building strategic relationships and enabling partners to grow with Cisco’s full portfolio.
  • Drive revenue, program management, and governance through disciplined planning, performance management, and operating cadence.
  • Inspire and align partners and internal teams through strong engagement, influence, consultation, and leadership across a complex regional landscape.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing channel sales strategies in the METAC region with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, partner landscapes, and growth opportunities.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience using sales performance metrics, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and CRM tools to drive business planning, track revenue performance, and optimize resource alignment and operating cadence.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a complex matrix organization, influencing across sales, partner, finance, operations, product, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and execution without direct authority.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly, engage senior executives and partners, and lead through collaboration, consultation, and trust.
  • Professional background spanning both business strategy and technology sales, with the ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable growth plans and engage confidently with enterprise-level decision-makers.
