About the Team/Role
WEX Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Media Planning Manager to join our Performance marketing team. You will play a vital role in developing and managing comprehensive media plans for our portfolio of brands and internal lines of business.
How you'll make an impact

Assist in the development and activation of paid Search digital media plans and campaign work for over 50 fuel partner brands and WEX internal lines of business.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to understand campaign KPIs and target audiences.

Incorporate SEM strategies across various channels aligned with overall marketing goals. (Experience buying: Display, Video, Audio, Native, CTV, & DOOH is a plus)

Ensure all campaigns are serving in full and troubleshoot any delivery issues.

Generate monthly financial reports on campaign spending.

Monitor campaign tests, report on results and performance metrics.

Analyze campaign performance data and identify areas for optimization to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the programmatic advertising landscape.

Experience you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on digital channels.

Experience with Google & Bings Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, G-Suite, DV360, The TradeDesk, GTM, Salesforce and media planning tools is a plus.

Experience with media billing, POs, IOs and media spend reporting is a plus.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful programmatic & SEM advertising campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of programmatic buying practices and DSPs (DV360 and/or The Trade Desk preferred).

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
