We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to strengthen our ambitious engineering team in Vilnius, Lithuania, helping us grow our global presence in the electric vehicle (EV) sector.

Teltonika’s EV charging business unit develops smart and customizable electric vehicle charging solutions, enabling more efficient and sustainable driving. Our mechanical engineering team plays a key role in designing reliable, durable, and innovative charging equipment that meets the highest quality and safety standards. As charging needs evolve, Teltonika will continue providing the infrastructure and expertise needed for successful electric mobility adoption.

In this role you will:
  • Develop design concepts for plastic and metal products
  • Design mechanical parts for molding and stamping forms
  • Prepare technical documentation for suppliers and manufacturers
  • Design mechanical ICT test fixtures
  • Support already released projects
  • Prepare manufacturing instructions
  • Work under compliance with scheduled deadlines
 What we expect of you:
  • Have higher education in mechanical engineering
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in mechanics field
  • Have designing skills of plastic parts for molding forms (> 1 year)
  • Have designing skills of metal parts for extrusion and stamping forms
  • Have SolidWorks (or other 3D modelling program) skills (> 2 years)
  • Have good computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Are fluent in English (reading and writing)
  • We expect you to be a team player with a results-oriented approach

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 12 Eur/h up to 25 Eur/h (~1870 Eur— 4132 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
