Key Responsibilities
● Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using
SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
● Create detailed 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering
documentation in accordance with industry standards.
● Develop and optimize sheet metal designs for manufacturability, performance, and
cost-effectiveness.
● Work closely with manufacturing, hardware, procurement, and project teams to ensure
smooth product development and implementation.
● Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve product quality and
reliability.
● Perform tolerance analysis and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best
practices.
● Support prototype development, testing, validation, and implementation of design
improvements.
● Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, specifications, and design
processes.
● Troubleshoot design-related issues and provide effective engineering solutions
throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
Qualifications
● B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
● Candidates with an Aeronautical Engineering background will be highly preferred.
● Experience in Defence, Aviation, Aerospace, Electronics, or related industries will
be considered a strong advantage.
Experience
● 1 to 1.5 years of relevant hands-on experience in mechanical design and product
development.
Skills
● Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
● Strong experience in Sheet Metal Design (mandatory).
● Experience in creating detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings.
● Good understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
● Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and Design for
Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple design

● CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum (based on experience and expertise).
