Fospha is the marketing measurement platform for eCommerce brands. We have found product/market fit in the last two years and quickly become the market leader for measurement in EMEA. We are the only business of our type to be a certified partner of Meta, TikTok and Snap, and have worked with our customers (some of the best known eCommerce brands in the UK and Europe) to drive massive growth and value for both sides over the last 12 months. Now we are working with these partners to enter the US market at scale.

This is a hugely exciting time to join Fospha. To make the most of this opportunity we need and experienced and motivated mid-level Product Manager to join our growing team. With at least 2 years of experience in product management, and a strong background in marketing measurement and attribution, an understanding of machine learning models, and/or data science, you will contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our world-class attribution modelling.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of products that enable accurate measurement and insightful attribution of marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of product management principles, combined with an analytical mindset to enhance our marketing measurement capabilities.

You are the bridge between the problem space for our customers and the solution space with our technical teams, coming together to ensure we’re solving the most critical problems Retail Ecommerce marketers face and driving continuous innovation in our data products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products focused on marketing measurement and attribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to deliver high-quality products.
  • Market Research: Collaborate with Product Marketing to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize these insights to inform product roadmaps to solve problems that drive value.
  • Roadmap Management: Develop and manage a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-centric approach, collaborating with Product design to ensure functionality meet the needs of end-users. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate product performance and guide future enhancements.
  • -Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product roadmap and progress to stakeholders at all levels. Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration and support.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address product issues and bottlenecks promptly. Implement solutions that enhance product reliability, scalability, and performance.

Professional Requirements:

  • Product Management Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on marketing measurement and attribution products.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Marketing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of marketing principles, measurement techniques, and attribution models. Experience working with marketing teams to align product goals with marketing strategies.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. Ability to work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
  • User Experience Focus: Demonstrated ability to discover and deliver products that prioritize user experience and customer satisfaction. Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Working location

The Fospha UK team is based at the Scale Space tech campus in West London - where you can partake in a full social calendar of community events & classes (Yoga is a team favourite). Whilst at Fospha we pride ourselves on flexibility (accommodating hours and personal circumstances), we are an office-first company with a minimum 4 day/week office policy (5 during probation). In our experience this is the best way to get new joiners get up to speed quickly, benefiting from in-person learning, collaboration and social interactions!
