- Proven experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or inventory management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification (preferred)
- Previous warehouse or material attendant experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Associates must not have been awarded a job through a posting in the previous six (6) months. (Exceptions to the 6-month time limit may be considered if circumstances beyond the control of the associate caused a shift change or demotion or based on business needs. In addition, associates seeking a higher labor grade may apply without waiting 6 months.)
- Associates can have no written disciplinary warnings within six (6) months of the posting date.
- Associates cannot have less than 17 UTO hours.
- Associates must be able to work 8+ hours per day and 40+ hours per week.
- Associates must meet all the minimum qualifications outlined on the job bid.
- Associates selected will receive the necessary training to perform the requirements of this position, to include processes and computer requirements.
- A 90-day probationary period applies to all job postings.
