Du bist aktuell Student_in eines Masterstudiums mit einem technischen Schwerpunkt und suchst einen Partnerbetrieb zur Verfassung deiner Masterarbeit?  

  

Perfekt! Wir suchen bei Magna Steyr derzeit eine_n Masterand_in im Bereich Complete Vehicle Integration. 

 

 

Im Rahmen der Masterarbeit soll untersucht werden, inwieweit sich die Parametrierung von CO2-Kalibrationskurven einer datengetriebenen Inneraumluftgüteüberwachung in Fahrzeu­gen durch Machine-Learning-Methoden automatisieren und beschleunigen lässt. Hierzu wer­den fahrzeugspezifische Eigenschaften, wie Kabinenvolumen, Druckverluste im HVAC-Sys­tem (insbesondere in den Luftkanälen und im Innenraumluftfilter) und Kennlinien des Lüfters sowie der Heckentlüftung, als Eingangsgrößen verwendet. Ziel ist die Entwicklung eines da­tengetriebenen Modells, das für neue Fahrzeuge eine erste physikalisch plausible Parametrierung der Innenraumluftgüteüberwachung bereitstellt und dadurch den experimen­tellen Kalibrieraufwand reduziert. 

 

Die folgenden Themenbereiche sollten daher in der Masterarbeit enthalten sein: 

  • Erstellung eines Datensatzes aus Fahrzeugmerkmalen und vorhandenen Kalibra­tionspara­metern der Innenraumluftgüteüberwachung 
  • Identifikation der wichtigsten Einflussgrößen auf die CO2-Kalibrationskurven 
  • Identifikation jener Fahrzeugeigenschaften, die den größten Einfluss auf die Kalib­rations­parameter haben 
  • Entwicklung eines Machine-Learning-Modells zur Vorhersage der Kalibrationspa­rameter 
  • Automatische Generierung einer Initialparametrierung für neue Fahrzeugplattfor­men 
  • Bewertung der Vorhersagegüte gegenüber einer manuell erstellten Parametrie­rung 
  • Quantifizierung des Potenzials zur Reduktion von Mess- und Kalibrieraufwand im Projekt Clean Cabin Air 
  • Validierung der vorhergesagten Parametrierung anhand von Messdaten und Ver­gleich mit der konventionellen Kalibrierung 
  • Zusammenfassung, Präsentation und Dokumentation der Arbeit 

 

Wonach wir suchen 

 

  • Laufendes technisches Studium an einer Universität / Fachhochschule 
  • Erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika und Studienprojekte sind von Vorteil 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen auf den Gebieten der Datenanalyse sowie des Ma­chine Learnings (z. B. Regression, Feature Selection etc.) 
  • Gutes Verständnis für thermodynamische und strömungstechnische Zusammenhänge (z. B. HVAC-Systeme, Druckverluste, Strömungsfelder etc.) 
  • Grundkenntnisse in Programmiersprachen (z. B. MATLAB®, PythonTM etc.) zur Datenmo­dellierung sind von Vorteil 
  • Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe physikalische Zu­sammenhänge in datengetriebene Modelle zu übersetzen 

 

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen 

 

  • Interesse an der Automobilindustrie 
  • Hohe Hilfsbereitschaft & Kommunikationskompetenz 
  • Begeisterung für Zukunftsthemen, wie Klimakomfort, Luftqualität und Virtualisierung im Fahrzeugbau 
  • Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit der Modellierung oder Kalibrierung von Fahr­zeugkomponenten 
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise bei der Evaluierung und Validierung von Algorithmen 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Dokumentation und Präsentation der Ergebnisse im Projektteam und universitären Umfeld

Skills Required

  • Currently enrolled in a technical master's degree program at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Strong knowledge and experience in data analysis and machine learning, including regression and feature selection
  • Good understanding of thermodynamic and fluid-dynamic relationships, including HVAC systems, pressure losses, and flow fields
