We are seeking energetic, highly motivated, and strategic Master Schedulers to lead the development, maintenance, and management of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) at multiple locations, including Northern Virginia; Dahlgren, VA; Huntsville, AL; Colorado Springs, CO; and Albuquerque, NM.

In this critical role, you will manage project timelines for high-visibility ACAT I/II programs in compliance with DoD acquisition regulations. You will drive full-lifecycle project timelines through complex acquisition and contract award cycles while executing advanced "what-if" programmatic analyses and resource conflict resolutions. As a key advisor, you will deliver vital schedule inputs for executive boards, panels, and strategic planning sessions while bridging the gap between technical data and leadership through tools like MS Project, Project Server, Milestones Professional, and OnePager Pro. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact mission-critical national security initiatives by bringing structure and strategic foresight to high-stakes defense programs. Hiring for these positions is contingent upon successful contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and project timelines for ACAT I/II programs, ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.
  • Develop custom schedules based on programmatic excursions, excursions, and hypothetical scenarios.
  • Provide comprehensive schedule inputs for Acquisition Plans, milestone reviews, source selections, and executive acquisition strategy sessions.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor products through full acquisition and contract award cycles.
  • Identify schedule overlaps and resource constraints to resolve project bottlenecks.
  • Collect and update deliverables and dependencies for acquisition and source selection schedules.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute comprehensive program timelines and Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs).
  • Drive the execution of program plans, schedules, and official approval processes.
  • Utilize MS Project, Project Server, SharePoint, Milestones Professional, and OnePager Pro to build and track schedules.
  • Export complex schedules into easily understood MS Office and custom program office formats.
  • Engage actively in program reviews, technical meetings, and alignment conferences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience as a master scheduler directly overseeing an ACAT I/II program.
  • Deep hands-on experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and schedule reporting tools (e.g., Milestones Professional, OnePager Pro).
  • ACTIVE Secret Clearance Required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active DAWIA Level III certification (or equivalent) in Program Management.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance.

Actual salary for these positions will be determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s specialized skills, certifications, and years of experience.
