The Master Planning Officer ensures the seamless flow of materials through the supply chain by planning, coordinating, and communicating with various stakeholders to meet production schedules and maintain optimal inventory levels. Also ensures the correct creation and maintenance of all master data and reporting of Master Planning.

More particularly:

What you will do:

  • Control raw materials’ and primary packaging materials’ stock following the sites production schedule
  • Place orders for primary packaging and raw materials to the suppliers and follow up closely their deliveries
  • Monitor and control the KPIs which are relevant to the suppliers performance (OTIF measurement)
  • Create and maintains the Basic Files in SAP (item codes, bill of materials, etc.)
  • Follow closely the product transfers between sites through appropriate project management
  • Prepare all necessary department’ s reporting such as orders vs forecasts, projection reports, raw materials and excipients availability, backlog analysis
  • Monitor Opex projects
  • Create and monitor Intercompany Pos required


Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • BSc Degree of Science in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Management, or other related degree
  • At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Planning, Demand Planning or/and Project Management

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office (especially in PowerPoint and Excel) and use of SAP
  • Excellent communication skills both in Greek and English (writing and speaking)
  • Project and Time Management skills
  • Experience with Kinaxis will be considered an asset

Skills Required
