Responsible for ensuring the integrity, quality, and consistency of master data across the organization, related to Items, Bill Of Materials (BOM), routing and other item related attributes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the MDM Analyst will follow initiatives to define, implement, and maintain master data standards, processes, and governance frameworks. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Provides critical support for Master data management tasks and intermediate analytics by extracting data, maintaining dashboards, and assisting in analysis. Provides accurate and timely delivery of information.

Item Set up and discontinuation process:
- Responsible for setting up items, BOMs, routing and other attributes. Ensuring the workflow is started and completed within service level
- Adhere to data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of master data
Data Extraction & Preparation:
- Use tools like OTBI, SAP Business Objects, and Excel to extract and prepare data.
- Ensure data quality and consistency before analysis. Clean and validate data to ensure reporting accuracy.
Data Maintenance:
- Perform regular data integrity checks and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Update database records
Support Data Requests:
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from various supply chain teams (e.g., GSC Inventory, Demand Planning, Quality, MDM, Supply Planning, sourcing).
- Organize and maintain SharePoint content for accessibility.
Collaboration
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills data analysis techniques.
- Collaborate with analysts to support projects
Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in data management, with a focus on master data management and governance
- Exposure to manufacturing and engineering
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Oracle knowledge Preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- For international locations: Proficient in local language and English skills (able to understand, read and write)
