We are seeking a talented individual to join our Infrastructure Technology team at Marsh. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least 3 days a week in the office.

【We will count on you to / 主な業務内容】

• ITインフラストラクチャーのリーダーとして、日本のビジネスリーダーやステークホルダーに対して各アジェンダに責任を持ちます
• M&AにおけるITインフラ関連のデューデリジェンスおよび統合作業をリードし、国内外のテクノロジーチームと連携して成功裏にプロジェクトを推進します
• リードするプロジェクトの全側面（リソース、プロジェクトの範囲・内容、スケジュール、コスト、リスク管理など）を管理します
• 複雑なプロジェクトを管理監督し、マイルストーンの設定、関係者の責任管理、問題解決の促進、方法論の遵守を確実に行います
• 定期ステータスレポートの作成、ステークホルダーとの連携、必要に応じた是正措置の提案を行い、戦略と実行の整合性を保ちます

【What you need to have / 必要な資格・経験】

• 関連分野の学士号
• ITプロジェクトをリードした実績を持つ5～8年のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 10～15年のITインフラ全般の経験
• プロジェクトの財務管理経験
• 自発的に計画・実行できるセルフスターターであること
• 日本語および英語に堪能であること
• 優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力

• アジャイルおよびウォーターフォール手法の経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントプロフェッショナル（PMP）またはアジャイル関連資格保有者
