Your Role at impact.com:

Our ideal candidate is a professional with demonstrable refined technical, analytical, and organizational skills, with experience in growth strategy, analytics, production, automation, testing, and deliverability. You should be detail-oriented and able to work proficiently under pressure. 


What You'll Do:

focus on driving growth within a two-sided or multi-sided marketplace, ensuring that both supply (e.g., sellers, service providers) and demand (e.g., buyers, consumers) are optimized to generate revenue and achieve scalability. Effective communication with diverse stakeholders will be essential as you work to enhance partnerships and overall marketplace performance.

More specifically, you’ll get to: 

  • Become deeply familiar with impact.com’s product offering and leverage that knowledge to influence customer behavior that drives growth. 
  • Identify and target key growth opportunities for specific categories or user segments.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketplace, Data Science, Content Marketing and others as needed. 
  • Align cross-channel initiatives with content, design, product, support, and leadership.
  • Set goals and be held accountable to metrics for the optimization of partnerships 
  • Ensure prompt troubleshooting and solutions to issues as they arise.
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard, engage, and retain marketplace participants.
  • Iterate quickly on growth experiments to scale what works.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

What You Have:

  • (up to 3 years+) Experience in a growth role within a marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis
  • Ability to interpret data and derive insights to inform product decisions.
  • Understanding of marketplace dynamics
  • Strong communication skills to work across teams and present insights effectively.
  • A proven track record of optimizing KPIs and driving measurable growth.
  • Ability to approach complex issues logically and creatively.
  • Basic skills in organizing tasks, timelines, and resources.
  • Ability to gather and analyze market and competitor information.
  • Familiarity with team management tools (Google, Confluence, Jira, Slack) 
  • Willingness to learn and adjust in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
