Head of Partner Marketing

The Team:
The Partner Marketing Team is part of the Demand Generation Team and works as a close unit with our colleagues in the broader ecosystem team, to drive pipeline via our partners at scale. The team links a multitude of departments, ensuring that partner programs and campaigns are developed, scaled and executed to fuel our significant growth aspirations.
The team is located across different locations globally, and you will be based in the US, Munich or London. You will report to the VP of Global Marketing Programs.
The Role:
- Leads our Partner Marketing team, focused on working with and through partners (GSIs, consulting firms, technology partners, etc.) to build pipeline generation and accelerate sales deals.
- This will be a hands-on role to support partner go-to-market efforts as well as those of the overall global program.
- Lead an end to end ABM strategy that activates our partners and Celonis relationship.
- Oversees the strategy for the partner marketing organization - you will mentor, lead, and grow the team; and create strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across our company.
- You will own the partner channel pipeline goals with your team, making significant revenue impact and contributing to the fast paced growth of the business
- Working closely with the partnership leadership team in a fast pace/fast growth environment, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the strategy and processes related to joint partner marketing as take our partner business to a world-class level.
The work you'll do:
- Architect, build, and manage the demand generation process and structure for our marketing engagements with and through partners and integrate into the new channel partner program strategy to deliver high-impact programs that lead to new customer acquisition.
- Run an effective MDF program, including processes, guidelines, activity execution, and performance KPIs.
- Provide leadership to the global partner marketing team and ensure partner marketing best practices are replicated globally.
- Develop self-service marketing materials, such as campaigns-in-a-box for partners to encourage their own demand generation.
- Create and execute best practice ABM marketing plans that support the partner go-to-market activities and support awareness within.
- Work closely with Partner Managers to define and build top tier partner plans and engage in partner QBRs
- Define and own the partner sponsorship strategy for Celonis Flagship Events
- Provide a monthly roll-up of progress and effectiveness of joint marketing campaigns to determine ROI and prioritize resources.Continually evaluate program performance and results to enhance strategies.
What we need from you:
- 5+ years of partner marketing / channel marketing experience at an enterprise software company with 3+ years of experience in a leadership role;
- SaaS experience is a plus
- Proven track record building effective marketing campaigns that drive incremental pipeline
- Proven ability to manage a team in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Analytical skills to measure ROI of partner marketing led efforts
- Proficiency in marketing automation, content management systems, and webinar tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, WebEx)
- Relevant BA/BS degree is required
- SaaS experience is a plusExperience in delivering scalable partner marketing programs, as well as tailored partner ABM plays
- Strong strategic and communication skills to ensure partner marketing is positioned to execute to maximum effect, working closely with all of its stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate campaign outcomes and resulting recommendations / actions
- Experience with Salesforce.com products.
- Exceptional communications (verbal, written & presentation) & people skills as well as very high attention to detail.
- You have a great customer / partner first mindset & you are a true problem solver.
