Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya is seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our Marketing Team.
In this role, you will work collaboratively to communicate the unique appeal of our hotel and develop marketing initiatives
that drive guest engagement, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
As part of Marriott International—the world’s largest hotel chain—Courtyard by Marriott operates more than 1,350 properties across over 60 countries and regions.
Our Nagoya property opened in 2022 and continues to grow as a dynamic and innovative presence within the city.
Our team is dedicated to launching fresh and original ideas from Nagoya. Recent initiatives include:
- Collaborations with well‑known characters and brands, such as Moomin, for themed afternoon tea experiences
- Hosting the Hotel Burger Rally in 2025, an event that will involve multiple hotel chains across Nagoya

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to maximize hotel's publicity and drive the hotel revenue, including:
-Planning and implementing seasonal and event‑based promotions and packages to support revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
-PR activities, including building relationships with media partners, creating and distributing press releases, and coordinating television coverage
-Digital marketing initiatives, such as developing strategies using online travel agencies (OTAs), managing the official hotel website and social media channels, and creating engaging digital contents
-Market research and competitor analysis, including monitoring competitor hotel trends and identifying market needs to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
-Knowledge and experience in developing and executing digital marketing and social media strategies
-Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work toward shared marketing goals
-Ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, and conversation)
-Creative thinking with the ability to propose new ideas and innovative approaches
-Strong self‑management skills, with the ability to take initiative and execute responsibilities independently

Working Hours
Shift-based; 8 hours of work + 1 hour break
**Primarily daytime shifts based on Mon-Fri/9:00-18:00 (no night shifts)
