This position works closely with affiliate managers to support partner communication, track performance, assist with reporting, and help maintain accurate documentation across platforms.

Here’s How You’ll Contribute
- Assist in managing relationships with affiliate partners, including email list owners and media buyers
- Support onboarding, set up, and documentation of new affiliate partners
- Help maintain clear communication regarding caps, budgets, and performance expectations
- Monitor daily affiliate lead volume, pacing, and performance metrics
- Track spend against approved budgets and flag discrepancies
- Assist with reporting using platforms such as Everflow, Invoca, Power BI, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel
- Support review of incoming leads to ensure alignment with quality and compliance standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, compliance) to resolve questions or discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of partner communications, performance notes, and reporting
- Assist in preparing performance summaries and internal updates
- Support process improvements that increase efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Collect and maintain archive of ad and landing page creative and links used by partners for compliance purposes
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in direct to consumer marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience or familiarity with Everflow, Invoca, and Google tools (Sheets, Docs, basic analytics)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and performance data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a performance-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
