What You'll Do
- Craft short-form product value propositions for new products and reposition updated solution narratives.
- Leverage research, data, and insights to lead campaign planning, identifying target client segments, markets, and sales channels to maximize revenue and adoption.
- Write client-facing and internal-facing communications in a variety of formats, including blogs, newsletters, email copy, and talking points.
- Create compelling visual presentations and write talk tracks in presenters' unique voice and tone for client outreach.
- Develop and manage an internal communications calendar, coordinating across team members for initiative visibility and newsletter engagement.
- Coordinate across partner teams to intake and assign requests, providing weekly status reports.

Who You Are
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 2 years' experience in marketing. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience or 6 years' experience in a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on turning data into simplified visual narratives.
- Highly organized, with a desire to learn performance tracking and reporting.
- Design and layout experience with presentation platforms (Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Apple Keynote).
- Experience in digital advertising and content marketing.
- Strong narrative writing skills.
- Ability to translate product marketing and positioning into brand value stories for both internal and external audiences.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, comfortable in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.
- Collaborative, able to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Travel: 15%
Preferred Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline preferred
- Experience in advertising agency, project coordination, and B2B environments is a plus.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $59,600.00 - $89,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
