We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Affiliate Marketing team at Exness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in various marketing areas, including paid search, SEO, influencer marketing, social media marketing, and public relations, to elevate our Affiliate Program on a global scale.
Exness Affiliates is an in-house affiliate program by Exness. It's the leading CPA program in fintech with high daily payouts, global reach, and more. As a dedicated digital marketing specialist, you will lead the promotion of the Exness Affiliate CPA Program worldwide.
Based in Cyprus, you will manage a wide range of marketing tasks, promotional campaigns, search activities, and analytics. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in digital and affiliate marketing while gaining valuable experience in our fast-growing fintech industry and engaging with our world-class products.
You will:
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, PR, social media, and display advertising.
- Define market positioning, identify target audiences, and develop strategic marketing plans across various channels (Google Ads, SM channels, listing/review websites, influencers campaigns, etc).
- Measure and report on digital campaign performance, evaluating against ROI and KPI targets.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, optimizing campaign spend and performance accordingly.
- Track, assess, and optimize the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and update post-campaign reports and documentation on Confluence.
- Conduct research on affiliate industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare analytical reports on global and regional Affiliate program performance.
- Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and SEO optimization.
- Implement SEO recommendations and collaborate with other teams for best practices.
- Manage and expand social media presence across major platforms.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the best-performing ads and content.
- Engage and coordinate with various stakeholders and teams to drive campaign success.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in either marketing/technology-related business analyst/product owner positions.
- Affiliate industry or digital marketing experience (a competitive advantage).
- Analytical skills and financial accuracy, working with big data masses.
- Experience in working with either one of the following: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, search engine marketing (SEM), Unbounce, etc.
- Data-driven, with experience in relevant web analytics platforms
- Fluent in English, with an ability to read and write in any other language (a competitive advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Process-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
