The Role

Your role at Exness:

Our Global Head of PR & Media Strategy based in Limassol, Cyprus will be responsible for managing worldwide PR, including media, business partners and customers. You will manage the corporate brand and company image and create business opportunities through effective PR strategies guaranteed to deliver effective ‘reactive and proactive’ communications to our stakeholders.

You will:

  • Identify strategic PR opportunities for partners, the public, customers, and the industry. 
  • Develop a marketing PR Plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
  • Responsible for all public relations activities (CY and externally)
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships and sponsorship Assets and advertise on an ongoing basis
  • Creating a communications strategy and implementing these to achieve the group's wider PR objectives
  • Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
  • Creating press releases and handling media interactions
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
  • Managing crisis communications
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results to top management requested
  • Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team and other departments within Marketing and externally
  • Must strive to achieve the highest results in a demanding and ever-changing environment
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
  • Be responsible for developing, managing, training and coaching the team

What makes you a great fit:

  • BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field and ideally 
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role leadership role / 5-10 years in a public relations role, ideally in a managerial role and from a Tech/ IT, Gaming related fields 
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Have demonstrable experience in managing direct reports, PR agencies and other suppliers.
  • Ability to provide strategic communication input and to drive change, innovation and best practice
  • Ability to proactively manage external PR agencies when required
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on, ready to take initiative and innovate
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent writing skills that will be tested during the interview process.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material in a tactful and diplomatic fashion
  • Strong interpersonal skills, likeable and able to deliver in a fast-paced working environment
  • ‘Can do’ attitude and team player
  • A fluent English level is a must; additional language will be considered as an advantage.
