At Exclusive Networks, we are passionate about making a difference. That means delivering the best to our ecosystem, shaping a prosperous and trusted digital world, and helping our people to realize their full potential.

Your role

Reporting directly to the Head of CEE/DACH Marketing, you will act as the day-to-day marketing business partner to the Country Manager, local Sales leadership and Vendor Managers, with direct access to those stakeholders for planning and prioritisation. You will work with regional and central marketing teams to use shared strategy, programmes, platforms, data and specialist capabilities — while local ownership stays with you.

  • Own the country marketing plan: build an insight-led plan aligned with business plans and revenue priorities, vendor objectives and available capacity, and turn programmes into practical in-market execution with clear objectives, KPIs, owners, budgets and pipeline expectations agreed with the sales organisation.
  • Own local vendor and partner relationships: serve as the accountable local marketing contact for assigned vendors and partners — plans, funds, the end-to-end partner journey and reporting — and develop joint marketing plans with vendors and your top loyal partners that balance vendor and Exclusive Networks goals with country commercial priorities.
  • Drive partner growth across the lifecycle: support partner recruitment, onboarding, activation, enablement, engagement and cross-sell and up-sell through co-marketing programmes, content, campaigns and events — and deliver Marketing as a Service.
  • Deliver in-market execution: run integrated campaigns, events, webinars, workshops and sales enablement, and equip Sales and Vendor Managers with relevant messaging, campaign briefs, content, plays and follow-up tools — ensuring teams know how and when to use them.
  • Decide how budgets are invested: own local budget allocation, forecasting and vendor funding claims within delegated authority, vendor funding rules, brand standards and financial, risk and compliance requirements — with performance evidence maintained in the consolidated regional file shared with local finance, sales and the regional team.
  • Protect focus: prioritise, reshape or recommend stopping requests that do not support the country plan, and escalate unresolved priority or capacity conflicts to your Head of Marketing.
  • Localise and bring market insight: adapt central and vendor campaigns for language, customer context, channel dynamics, cultural relevance and local regulatory requirements; maintain a current view of market trends, competitive activity, partner sentiment, customer needs and commercial whitespace — and convert insights into recommendations, using AI tools.
  • Review and improve performance: run regular marketing planning and performance reviews with the Country Manager, Sales and Vendor Managers, provide concise reporting and explain variances, risks and corrective actions.

How your success is measured

Specific targets are agreed through the annual country plan. The role is assessed against these core KPIs — and the quality of the decisions used to deliver them:

  • Marketing-influenced pipeline: qualified pipeline influenced by local marketing, including progression and conversion against plan.
  • Campaign ROI: return on local investment and evidence that spend is optimised toward the highest-value activity.
  • Partner engagement: relevant partner recruitment, activation, co-marketing adoption and commercial follow-through.
  • Budget execution: accurate pacing and forecasting, effective vendor-fund use, compliant claims and delivery within budget.

What you bring

  • Typically three or more years of B2B marketing experience, including ownership of local, channel or vendor marketing initiatives.
  • A demonstrated ability to build a commercially grounded marketing plan and connect campaign activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience delivering integrated digital campaigns, events, webinars, partner programmes and sales enablement.
  • Strong budget management, forecasting, campaign measurement and reporting experience.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools; experience with Power BI, HubSpot, Salesforce or NetSuite would be an advantage.
  • Confidence managing senior local stakeholders and vendor relationships, including constructive challenge, prioritisation and negotiation.
  • Professional fluency in English is required, alongside with the relevant local market language(s).
  • Experience in a technology, distribution, channel-led or multi-vendor environment is preferred.

How you work

You combine strategic thinking, commercial judgement and hands-on execution. You are comfortable taking ownership, challenging assumptions and making evidence-based decisions.

  • Commercial judgement and ownership: you connect marketing choices to market opportunity, pipeline and return; you act with autonomy and remain accountable for outcomes.
  • Stakeholder influence: you build trust across Country Management, Sales, vendors, partners and regional teams without relying on hierarchy.
  • Execution discipline: you turn plans into high-quality delivery with clear owners, milestones, controls and follow-up.
  • Insight and communication: you use market intelligence and performance data to improve choices and communicate priorities, trade-offs and results clearly.
  • Digitally and AI fluent: you use AI tools to strengthen insight generation, targeting, content and optimisation — within brand, data, risk and compliance requirements.

What we offer

You will join an international, commercially focused environment where marketing has a voice in business decisions and the opportunity to create visible impact.

The benefits offered with this role are based on the applicable local agreement and may vary by country, legal entity, employment type and eligibility. The locally approved package may include:

  • meal allowance according to local legislation
