THE MISSION
We are looking for a Travel Marketing Specialist to help Scalapay continue its growth trajectory in the Travel industry, by onboarding new B2B partners and helping over 7 Million Scalapayers find their next amazing experience, through our marketing and communication assets.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own the travel marketing strategy both B2C and B2B by leveraging on our internal and external marketing teams for the execution
- B2B: Fuel and coordinate the B2B acquisition funnel while nurturing the existing deals
- B2C: Optimize our B2C affiliation business increasing quantity and quality of referrals from our touchpoints
- Analyze and summarize performances, with an effective test and learn approach
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Marketing or relevant working experience
- +3/5 years of marketing experience in advertising agency, e-commerce and/or start-up company,
- You have already successfully managed the plan and execution of a travel marketing plan, including digital marketing campaigns
- Your analytical skills enable you to track ROI and KPI through: CRM, Amplitude/Google Analytics, Excel, SQL
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both Italian & English.
Non negotiables
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing
- You have managed a travel marketing campaign
- You are fluent in both English & Italian
- You are not afraid to learn on the job
- Proactivity
Nice-to-have
- You have previous experience in a travel start-up/scale-up
- You worked for companies with both B2B and B2C businesses
- Knowledge of another language such as Spanish or French is a plus
