THE MISSION

We are looking for a Travel Marketing Specialist to help Scalapay continue its growth trajectory in the Travel industry, by onboarding new B2B partners and helping over 7 Million Scalapayers find their next amazing experience, through our marketing and communication assets.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Own the travel marketing strategy both B2C and B2B by leveraging on our internal and external marketing teams for the execution 
  • B2B: Fuel and coordinate the B2B acquisition funnel while nurturing the existing deals 
  • B2C: Optimize our B2C affiliation business increasing quantity and quality of referrals from our touchpoints
  • Analyze and summarize performances, with an effective test and learn approach


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Marketing or relevant working experience
  • +3/5 years of marketing experience in advertising agency, e-commerce and/or start-up company, 
  • You have already successfully managed the plan and execution of a travel marketing plan, including digital marketing campaigns 
  • Your analytical skills enable you to track ROI and KPI through: CRM, Amplitude/Google Analytics, Excel, SQL
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both Italian & English. 

Non negotiables

  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing 
  • You have managed a travel marketing campaign
  • You are fluent in both English & Italian
  • You are not afraid to learn on the job
  • Proactivity

Nice-to-have

  • You have previous experience in a travel start-up/scale-up 
  • You worked for companies with both B2B and B2C businesses 
  •  Knowledge of another language such as Spanish or French is a plus
