Own the design, implementation, monitoring, and governance of credit and fraud risk models and reporting across BNPL and lending portfolios. Analyze loss drivers, approval rates, recoveries, and portfolio performance; build BI dashboards; support IFRS9 provisioning, stress testing, regulatory reporting, and credit policy development. Collaborate with finance, product, payments, risk, auditors, regulators, and leadership to deliver actionable risk and profitability insights.

Support the Legal Department with regulatory matters, customer complaint handling, payment services, consumer credit, consumer protection, and contract law. Responsibilities include preparing complaint responses, assisting with Italian Banking and Financial Ombudsman proceedings, drafting agreements and legal memoranda, conducting legal research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on legal guidelines and reviews.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Italian travel merchants (tour operators, transport, accommodation, experiences) through upselling, cross-selling, onboarding support, data-driven insights, co-marketing, and regular business reviews. Drive go-lives, optimize integrations, create case studies, forecast revenue, and represent merchant needs internally. Role requires frequent face-to-face merchant engagement and industry expertise.

Support top-of-funnel sales by targeting and qualifying prospects across sectors, generating qualified C-level appointments, aligning with Account Executives, and maintaining CRM records. Meet quarterly targets and contribute to the Italian team's growth and positive culture while learning sales methodologies.

The Strategic Enterprise Account Executive will drive Scalapay's growth by managing partnerships with global enterprise clients, focusing on industries like Cosmetics, Fashion, and Travel, while crafting sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client success in collaboration with teams.
