The Graduate Program in our Marketing Department is designed to draw out the best in you, giving you wiiings and providing you with the opportunity to work to your strengths and realize your potential.

This Program will give you the opportunity to see Sport Marketing function at 360° as you will rotate inside the specific function. From day one, you'll have the freedom & responsibility to work on challenging projects and collaborate with other teams. You’ll also broaden your knowledge and gain insight into the business by taking on projects within the Sport Marketing.

Job Description

Sport Marketing

Assist Project lead of OLYMPIC GAMES MILANO CORTINA.

Support Athletes team and project lead in preparations leading to Winter Olympics Milano Cortina 2026.

Support execution Red Bull Energy Station and be POC for in house activities.

Support international requests and post event debrief.

Key contact person to peers functions (Brand Team) for Consumer Activation definition, mechanic and in-store journey (winter heroes), or key contact to Field Marketing for logistic and field activities around Energy station.

Athletes Support

Support with the creation of athletes competition calendars to ensure a full alignment between teams and the best impact of our strategies (send weekly Media Network alignments to plan ‘reactive scenarios’).

Athlete social media tracking: create reports on can visibility.

Athlete performance tracking: write Sportsnet news and monthly recap to ensure that we give the right visibility to our assets and projects internally.

Athlete Collection: always make sure we have a stock of new and branded apparel/headwear in our storage and ensure a qualitative servicing of our athletes.

Team Brand

Assist Project lead on Occasion Campaigns.

Support Brand Manager in briefing our external agency.

Support international stakeholders management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing or Sport Marketing area.
Relevant internship experience is a plus.
A history of pursuing personal passions in Sport, extra-curricular achievements.
Good communication and presentation skills. Capable of communicating precisely and effectively with internal stakeholders.
Problem solver, target focused and able to manage deadlines.
Self-motivated, curious, able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment and to demonstrate a strong reliable attitude.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluent in English (written, spoken).
