As Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in bringing regional marketing initiatives to life. You will work hands‑on with sales teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing activities that support B2B customers and commercial priorities across Region North.

The position will be based in our Clarios EMEA office in Katowice, Poland.

What you will do

As Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming a key marketing sparring partner for Sales and B2B customers by creating high‑impact presentations and sales materials

  • Owning the end‑to‑end execution of trade fairs, customer events, and trainings

  • Driving regional marketing initiatives by managing webshop content, POS materials, and promotional campaigns

  • Leading collaboration with external agencies and partners

  • Leveraging HubSpot and CRM tools to support newsletters, lead management, and campaign performance tracking

  • Turning data into action by analyzing marketing KPIs and translating insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, or similar business-related discipline

  • 3–5 years of operational marketing experience, preferably in automotive, energy, or industrial B2B environments

  • Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing events and trade fairs

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to effectively support sales activities

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of attention to detail

  • Fluent in Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
