Marketing Specialist (AI Business Development and Partnerships for JetBrains Cloud Platform)

The AI Business Development and Partnerships team in the JetBrains Cloud Platform unit drives collaboration with strategic partners, who range from AI model providers to cloud infrastructure and developer ecosystem companies.
We’re now looking for a Marketing Specialist who can transform our partner initiatives into impactful marketing activities and help us enhance JetBrains’ presence in the AI and cloud communities.
In this role, you will:- Drive joint campaigns with partners, focusing on co-branded content, social media, webinars, events, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Copyediting, Web, Regional Marketing, etc.) and external agencies to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, such as case studies, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional assets.
- Coordinate digital and performance marketing activities – including lead generation, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels and partners.
- Manage day-to-day communications with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
- Contribute to partner storytelling by highlighting joint use cases, success stories, and the impact on the ecosystem.
- Hold a university degree or proven professional experience in marketing or communications.
- Established experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or developer tools.
- Have strong project coordination skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
- Are able to create or adapt marketing content in English.
- Have experience working with external vendors or agencies (design, copy, and media).
- Are familiar with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Have an understanding of the AI, cloud, or developer tools landscape.
- Experience in partner marketing or ecosystem programs.
- Prior experience running co-marketing campaigns with external partners.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
