Job Description

Management and execution of consumer activation & point of sales material

  • Manage premium quality of POS communication according to different touchpoints and the implementation of Red Bull’s trade marketing and consumer activation plan 
  • Deliver professional experience and communication for participating consumers 
  • Gather consumer insights, sales data, consumption statistics and visibility plan to identity campaign success, execution effectiveness, live photos and learnings
  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing, Headquarter team, Agencies and Sales Managers to understand and implement global POS guidelines that meet local needs

Participate and support in the planning and execution of brand campaigns

  • Co-responsible for occasion campaign concept, insight-driven plans, cartoon selections, tailored messaging, and activations across various consumption scenarios and moments
  • Support on brand design and execution of the highest quality across channels, campaigns and events. Follow up to ensure the placement in line with expectation and review its effectiveness.
  • Provides day-to-day advertising campaign implementation support to the Brand Manager, while in close contact and collaboration with Media Agency.
  • Elaborate monthly reporting focused on uncovering the “why” behind performance to gather learnings that are tangible and actionable, with knowledge of digital conversion KPIs.

Support on marketing campaign, administrative work, ad hoc tasks and business planning

  • Contribute to Red Bull's marketing department in connection with campaigns, product launches, events and creators
  • Manage daily administrative reporting, meeting, stock & tools management, system input in business cycles and Friends of Red Bull engagement
  • Consolidate and support logistic arrangement for campaign, events, sampling kits, creators indirect sampling initiatives and product delivery
  • Assist marketing team on research, gather insights, talent scouting, communication on building an innovative, winning more consumers
  • Support the Marketing Team to act as a key contributor to yearly and long-term business planning

Third Party Event Management

  • Understand the strategic priorities of third party events to identify opportunities for relevant Red Bull support
  • Proactively search for opportunities and liaise with partners and event organizers to ensure premium brand visibility, execution of third party events, activation of partnership and quality trial of Red Bull
  • Coordination of setting up and taking down branding elements with suppliers, agency and event organizers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fluency in English & Cantonese (verbal and written)
  • 2-year experience working in international brands or branding agencies particularly in brand management
  • Attention to detail in branding elements
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations in both Chinese and English
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies
  • Structured and well organized, capable of managing multiple projects at the same time
