What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Support:

Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Manager to execute monthly regional marketing campaigns focused on driving conversions and generating new revenue streams.

Develop tailored strategies to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns in key target markets.

Events & Partnerships:

Plan, organize, and execute regional events, including conferences, hackathons, meetups, and partner-hosted activities, ensuring seamless execution and impactful audience engagement.

Build strategic event roadmaps to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth within the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.

Assist in identifying and securing strategic brand partnerships to amplify reach and engagement.

Brand Management and Web3 development

Help in localisation of the global brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Champion the brand’s voice and ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships.

Implement regional strategies to drive the growth of Web3 products.

Marketing Operations:

Take ownership of day-to-day marketing tasks, including content creation, campaign execution, and managing performance reports and dashboards.

Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and alignment with branding guidelines.

Data Analysis

Regularly analyze campaign metrics and channel performance to identify trends and insights.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing strategies and ROI.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, design, and engineering, to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns, events, and initiatives
- Serve as the liaison between marketing and external stakeholders to maintain consistency in messaging and brand representation.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced tech or crypto company or relevant internships.

Russian-native speaker, advanced or fluent in English.

You are a go-getter, excited to drive growth, and creative in your approach.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Suit, Slack, Jira, Trello

Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
