About your team

The Hong Kong marketing team is responsible for strengthening the Fidelity brand in line with global and regional guidelines, while developing and executing locally relevant marketing strategies that support business growth. The team partners closely with business distribution teams and regional marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing programmes, thought leadership initiatives, customer communications, and client engagement activities across Hong Kong. 

About your role

The Marketing Senior Manager will play a key role in driving and executing marketing strategies, investment content, and integrated campaigns for Fidelity’s Global Platform Solutions (GPS) business in Hong Kong. The role focuses on translating complex retirement, investment, and financial wellbeing topics into compelling and easy-to-understand content and customer experiences that drive engagement, strengthen Fidelity's position as a trusted retirement and investment partner, and support business growth across workplace retirement and personal investing segments.

The role requires end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives, including campaign strategy, planning, agency management, creative development, execution, and performance evaluation. The Senior Manager will work closely with local business stakeholders, regional marketing teams, investment experts, and external agencies to deliver innovative and impactful marketing initiatives while optimizing campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

Content and customer communications

  • Lead the development of locally relevant thought leadership content focused on retirement, financial wellbeing, investing, and market insights.
  • Translate complex investment and retirement concepts into engaging, customer-friendly content across multiple channels.
  • Develop and adapt content for eDMs, websites, videos, webinars, social media, presentations, and client communications.
  • Manage content approval processes, translation requirements, content localisation, and ongoing content maintenance.
  • Partner with various teams to source insights and develop customer-focused content.

Marketing campaigns and client engagement

  • Lead agency briefing, campaign ideation, creative development, and execution across marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support retirement, investment, and digital engagement initiatives.
  • Drive customer engagement, lead generation, retention, and asset growth through targeted marketing programmes.
  • Support the planning and execution of client events, webinars, seminars, sponsorships, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Develop innovative marketing ideas, creative campaign concepts, and client engagement opportunities across different audience segments.

Stakeholder management and governance

  • Partner closely with business, product, operations, legal & compliance, and regional marketing teams to ensure marketing activities meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize business requests while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

 

Marketing operations and performance management

  • Ensure efficient marketing processes and governance standards are maintained across all marketing deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, engagement metrics, digital adoption, and customer engagement outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, marketing efficiency, and campaign performance through data-driven insights.

 

 

About you

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing, content and communications, or integrated campaign management within financial services, asset management, retirement or related industries.
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Strong content development, editorial, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese.
  •  Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, including campaign strategy, planning, agency management, creative execution, and delivery of innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience working across multiple functions in a matrix organisation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign and customer data to evaluate and improve performance.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly organised, with a strong execution focus and attention to detail.
