The Role

Location: Franklin, TN, or Paducah, KY, CSI offices.

CSI, an end-to-end provider of core technology, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist with a strong emphasis on content creation to join our Product Marketing team. The sales enablement specialist will develop compelling brochures and content that support our sales efforts and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, a deep understanding of sales processes and a passion for creating impactful marketing materials.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Serving as key contributor in developing high-quality brochures, sales collateral, and other marketing materials to support Product Marketing
  • Write engaging copy that effectively communicates product features, benefits, and value propositions to target audiences.
  • Developing strong, convincing copy that drives traffic and conversions, encourages a variety of audiences to engage with CSI resources and builds CSI's reputation as a technology thought leader
  • Collaborate with product managers, sales representatives and marketing team members to gather information and insights for content creation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2-3 years of experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or similar position
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication proficiency across writing and speaking contexts
  • Critical attention to writing conventions, grammar, word choice and audience segmentation
  • Proven ability to compose, edit, revise and update new and existing content
  • Inquisitive and creative thinking with strong research and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of B2B marketing programs and lead management marketing philosophies
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

This position requires contact primarily within the department and contact within the company on routine matters. Contact outside the company is minimal.

DECISION MAKING

This position requires work from detailed instructions; decisions are made occasionally.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

General Supervision. Assignments are both task-oriented and objective-oriented. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy.
