Oversees software development, maintenance, integrations, delivery, quality, and technical processes while mentoring employees and partnering with Product, Architecture, Project Management, and business teams. Drives automation, AI adoption, process improvement, and operational efficiency. Requires software development expertise, API and database experience, Agile and SDLC knowledge, and demonstrated people leadership.

Deploys, maintains, monitors, and supports ATM infrastructure, transaction processing systems, payment connectivity, and related hardware and software. Diagnoses incidents, performs root cause analysis, manages upgrades and releases, and maintains security controls, encryption, certificates, and PCI-DSS compliance. The role develops monitoring and alerts, supports capacity planning and disaster recovery, coordinates vendors and stakeholders, participates in on-call rotations, and maintains technical documentation and change-management procedures.

Owns major mobile projects, defines architecture and APIs, manages backend and third-party integrations, improves performance and reliability, and supports modernization efforts. Collaborates across engineering, product, design, QA, security, and business teams while mentoring engineers and promoting Agile, CI/CD, testing, documentation, and mobile development best practices.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, development, and adoption of financial data products and APIs. Partners with data science and engineering to integrate predictive and machine-learning models into scalable, trustworthy capabilities. Defines quality metrics, requirements, documentation, and support models while ensuring privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and downstream adoption across consumer and business banking products.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, execution, and lifecycle management of CSI’s Commercial, Prepaid, and Secured Cards portfolio. Manage and develop Product Managers and Analysts, drive innovation, pricing, business cases, launches, and operational initiatives. Partner with engineering, architecture, marketing, sales, operations, executives, and financial institution customers. Guide Agile product delivery, governance, compliance, risk management, customer engagements, and payment industry strategy.

Lead integration and enhancement of commercial deposit capabilities across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations. Drive execution of integration strategy, manage roadmaps and cross-functional delivery, define business requirements and use cases, apply commercial banking expertise to prioritize features, and support customer-facing strategic discussions to grow product capabilities.

Serve as primary liaison for assigned financial-institution clients to build and retain relationships, drive renewals and cross-sales, and ensure product adoption. Understand CSI products, evaluate client usage, generate pipeline, lead consultative selling, resolve escalations, and support revenue retention and satisfaction metrics. Coordinate with internal teams and participate in client meetings, webinars, and onsite engagements.

The Sales Executive identifies and generates new sales leads, develops sales strategies, closes opportunities, and manages sales pipeline activity while representing the company at events.
