Leads CSI’s strategic partnerships function, managing executive-level relationships with vendors, resellers, referral partners, and distributors. Oversees opportunity evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, launches, performance governance, renewals, and exits. Monitors revenue, profitability, contractual obligations, and customer impact while coordinating cross-functional execution. Develops partnership strategies, supports go-to-market initiatives, presents recommendations to leadership, represents CSI externally, and coaches partnership team members.

Provides front-line customer, employee, and visitor support through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Routes calls, documents support requests, greets visitors, manages reception activities, processes mail and deliveries, and performs data entry and administrative tasks. Requires strong communication, organization, professionalism, attention to detail, customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. The role is hybrid in Paducah, Kentucky, with rotating Saturday shifts.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, execution, and lifecycle management of CSI’s Commercial, Prepaid, and Secured Cards portfolio. Manage and develop Product Managers and Analysts, drive innovation, pricing, business cases, launches, and operational initiatives. Partner with engineering, architecture, marketing, sales, operations, executives, and financial institution customers. Guide Agile product delivery, governance, compliance, risk management, customer engagements, and payment industry strategy.

Leads a software engineering team responsible for customer data conversion and migration solutions. Oversees development, integrations, technical delivery, team development, and project quality while partnering across Implementation, Product, Project Management, and Engineering. Drives automation, AI adoption, analytics, process improvement, and operational efficiency across the conversion lifecycle. Ensures accurate, secure, scalable migrations and successful client implementations.

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex projects implementing loan origination software for financial institutions. Responsibilities include project initiation, planning, execution, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, status reporting, customer meetings, project closure, process improvement, and mentoring other project managers. The role requires managing cross-functional teams and customer expectations while driving projects to successful completion.

Owns the execution bridge between product strategy and engineering delivery for data-focused products. Responsibilities include managing Agile backlogs, defining epics and user stories, writing acceptance criteria, validating data and APIs with SQL, supporting testing and releases, collaborating with engineering and UX teams, and translating business and technical requirements. The role also monitors data quality, supports documentation, and mentors colleagues.

Design, implement, test, and modernize backend services and integrations (TypeScript/Node.js and C++). Lead large projects, write technical specifications and API contracts, enforce coding standards, coach engineers, and drive legacy-to-modern migrations within online banking and core systems.

Runs intake for AI use cases across the organization, interviews stakeholders, documents workflows, evaluates feasibility and value, and creates execution-ready specifications. Owns and prioritizes the AI backlog, manages requirements and acceptance criteria, supports build-team refinement, maintains documentation, and tracks adoption. Partners with AI adoption leaders and department champions to drive rollout, identify stalled solutions, and feed improvement opportunities into the intake process.

Leads multiple software engineering teams developing and supporting loans and deposits solutions. Oversees REST API development, system integrations, technical delivery, quality, and project commitments. Manages and mentors engineering staff while partnering with Product, Project Management, Architecture, and business stakeholders. Drives automation, AI adoption, process improvement, Agile delivery, and operational efficiency. Requires strong software development, API security, database, leadership, communication, and decision-making experience, with FinTech experience preferred.

Designs and guides application architectures, creates technical specifications and models, and ensures solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Provides technical direction and mentorship to development teams, collaborates with enterprise and solution architects on integrations, reviews application quality, and evaluates development technologies and frameworks. Requires strong software architecture, database design, integration, documentation, and communication skills.

Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and maintains scalable React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android. Owns major mobile projects, defines architecture and APIs, manages backend and third-party integrations, improves performance and reliability, and supports modernization efforts. Collaborates across engineering, product, design, QA, security, and business teams while mentoring engineers and promoting Agile, CI/CD, testing, documentation, and mobile development best practices.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, development, and adoption of financial data products and APIs. Partners with data science and engineering to integrate predictive and machine-learning models into scalable, trustworthy capabilities. Defines quality metrics, requirements, documentation, and support models while ensuring privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and downstream adoption across consumer and business banking products.

The Sales Executive identifies and generates new sales leads, develops sales strategies, closes opportunities, and manages sales pipeline activity while representing the company at events.
