Job Summary
The Marketing Project Manager will lead business-facing and marketing workstreams for a regional public website revamp across Asia markets.
This role is accountable for driving business outcomes, aligning regional strategy with market execution, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement across multiple markets. The individual will work closely with regional leadership, market teams, finance, and external vendors to support business casing, resource planning, and change adoption.
Responsibilities
- Effectively partner with the Project Sponsor/Owner to formulate tactical and strategic plans to meet business objectives with the business unit.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across regional and local market teams to enable efficient decision-making
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, including cost-benefit trade-offs
- Develop and support business cases, including cost estimates and value realization
- Oversee project financials (budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting) and validate key assumptions
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors on SOW development, commercial alignment, and contracting
- Support change management and adoption by aligning deliverables to business needs
Eligibility Requirements
- 5–8+ years in marketing project/program management, preferably in digital transformation or regional programmes
- Proven experience in:
- Business casing / investment planning
- Multi-market stakeholder management
- Marketing operations, content, or digital platforms
- Strong business acumen with ability to link initiatives to commercial outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills (including senior leadership)
- Experience managing cross-functional and cross-market initiatives
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and procurement processes
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution discipline
- Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services / insurance / wealth
- Exposure to AEM, CMS platforms, or digital marketing ecosystems
- Experience working with consulting firms and external vendors
