We are searching for a flexible, motivated, dynamic, energetic and inspiring team member to support our Head Office Team with immediate effect as Marketing Project Manager - Media, Brand & PR (m/f/d).
This position will provide support to the PR & Communication Director, focusing on the needs of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Czech Republic in the execution of marketing plans for these countries.
Position Overview
In this strategically and operationally demanding key position, you will operate at the dynamic intersection of Media, Brand, and PR. You will be responsible for the orchestration and flawless management of cross-functional marketing projects that bring the heritage, exclusivity, and desirability of our luxury jewelry house to life. Combining deep brand understanding with analytical media competence and a sharp PR instinct, you will create emotional brand experiences. Acting as a central connector, you will manage multiple stakeholders and external partners to continuously strengthen our market positioning in the premium and luxury segment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY
- Strategic Sparring Partner: Work in close collaboration with and support the Marketing & Communications Director in the conception, development, and strategic rollout of future-forward brand concepts and marketing measures.
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Independently lead complex, cross-functional marketing projects from initial creative conception to the final, prestigious rollout (e.g., New Store Opening projects, cross-media partnerships, and local campaign productions).
- Complex Interface Management: Direct and synchronize marketing activities across multiple key departments—specifically Client Relations, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Retail—to guarantee a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the central point of contact and liaison for multiple internal and external stakeholders (including Global Brand Management, local retail partners, PR teams, key accounts, and executive leadership).
- 360-Degree Interface: Ensure seamless and synergetic collaboration between the disciplines of Media, Brand, and PR to guarantee uniform and high-caliber brand management.
2. EXECUTION OF COMPLEX STRATEGIC MEDIA MEASURES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Strategic Media Execution: Manage the end-to-end planning, direction, and optimization of highly complex, strategic media initiatives (Print, Digital, OOH, and Custom Integrations) perfectly tailored to the customer journey of the luxury target audience.
- New Client Acquisition & Partnerships: Proactively identify, evaluate, and secure new relevant partners and exclusive platforms for strategic client acquisition within the High-Net-Worth (HNW) segment.
- Agency & Partner Management: Brief and lead top-tier media and creative agencies while negotiating and enforcing the highest placement and quality standards (e.g., in the high-end lifestyle and editorial sectors).
- Budget & Performance Accountability: Maintain precise budget management, continuously monitor campaign KPIs, and create transparent reports and analyses for senior management.
3. COMMUNICATIONS, BRAND EXPERIENCES & CONTENT STRATEGY
- Exclusive Brand Experiences: Actively support the strategic conception, detailed planning, and operational organization of large-scale brand events, including high-profile exhibitions and retrospectives of the jewelry house.
- Content Strategy in a Luxury Context: Conceive, develop, and implement a tailored local content strategy that flawlessly conveys the brand DNA and storytelling of our jewelry house.
- PR & Influencer Relations Interface: Collaborate closely with the PR team to create exclusive content for brand moments, store openings, events, as well as high-end editorials and top-tier influencer collaborations.
- Omnichannel Alignment: Oversee and quality-control the brand’s presence across all digital platforms and third-party websites of our retail partners (E-Retailers / Department Stores).
- Market Research & Trend Scouting: Continuously analyze market trends, consumer behavior in the luxury segment, and competitor activities to identify new digital innovation opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional Experience: Successfully completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion/Luxury Management, or a comparable qualification, alongside several years of solid experience in marketing project management—ideally within luxury goods, premium retail, high-end fashion, or fine jewelry.
- Project & Interface Expertise: Proven track record in executing complex major projects (e.g., store openings, campaign productions, or large-scale brand events and exhibitions). Deep understanding of the interplay between brand marketing and public relations in the premium segment, as well as extensive experience working closely with Retail, Client Relations, and Visual Merchandising departments.
- Network & Business Acumen: Strong ability to identify and build strategic partnerships to unlock and develop new affluent customer segments.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent communication, moderation, and negotiation skills when dealing with sophisticated, multiple stakeholders on an international stage.
- Language & Copywriting Excellence: Business fluent or native-level command of German and fluent English. An exceptional eye for language, aesthetics, tonal nuances, and the art of luxury storytelling.

- Work with the PR & Communication Director to execute country plans, manage local issues and facilitate the execution of the plan with the agencies and Regional & Global Marketing
- Brief and coordinate local media agencies to deliver appropriate media plans, in conjunction with PR & Communication Director and Regional Communications Team
- Maintain creative schedules by country, ensuring the local markets collaborate with Global & Regional Marketing and Local & Regional Public Relations on creative fulfilment
- Oversee the production and artwork approval process
- Compile media spend reports and provide media budget tracking
- Evaluate effectiveness of the plan and help PR & Communication Director submit updates on results to Regional & Global Communications Team
- Create and maintain reports on media delivery analysis and competitive communications and spending
Communications
- Coordinate execution of department store and business partner activities collaborating with local and regional Client & Events, CVM and PR department
- Coordinate brand communication on third party websites, collaborating with business partners and regional Omni-Channel team
- Oversee the production of marketing communications, including duratrans, with local agencies and print agent
- For new store openings/ relocations, coordinate the hoarding process and assist with the execution of brand moments
Translations & Text Adaptation
- Coordinate translations with external agencies and internal suppliers
- Review and edit translations for all marketing materials including website copy, media campaigns and supporting materials such as collateral ensuring consistency and in line with Tiffany approved language
Administration, Reporting & Research
- Process invoices & support with tracking the Communications budget for each market, working closely with the PR & Communication Director and Finance
- Create and maintain marketing reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations. Ensure appropriate, consistent and timely reporting, and consolidate & validate the marketing reports.
- Provide a monthly summary of marketing activities to ensure stores and management team are fully briefed
- Perform market research activities and monitor competition
