Role
We are looking for a highly technical, forward-thinking Marketing Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and automation backbone of our B2B Marketing engine. In this role, you will be the technical architect of our marketing stack, translating business needs into robust configurations and data pipelines.
You don’t need to be an AI engineer today, but you are hungry to become one. This role is designed for a skilled ops professional who wants to step on the career gas pedal and act as our team’s AI Amplifier and be positioned to be a GTM Ops leader or GTM engineer in the future. We will give you the runway and the modern stack to evaluate, build, and maintain cutting-edge, AI-driven workflows that supercharge our productivity.
While this is a deeply technical, hands-on role, it is also a leadership launchpad. You will need the cross-functional influence and emotional intelligence to work alongside Marketing, Commercial, and Data teams—ensuring the high-leverage tools you build are actually adopted and drive real business impact. If you are a master of the core GTM stack and eager to master the next generation of AI-ops, this is your sandbox.

Attribution Integrity: Manage attribution modeling and data tracking (e.g., Bizible, Salesforce) to accurately measure and prove marketing's impact on pipeline generation.
Cross-Functional Data Collaboration: Partner closely with the core data team to ensure clean, structured data syncs and self-serve dashboarding capabilities.
2. Tech Stack ConfigurationsMarketing Automation & CRM Administration: Act as the technical administrator for HubSpot and Salesforce, managing syncs, campaign configurations, list segmentation, and form integrations.
Web & Content Operations Support: Own backend configurations for our web properties (e.g., Storyblok) to ensure seamless data flow from landing pages into the CRM.
System Health & Governance: Establish and enforce processes for database cleanliness, lead-routing logic, and campaign naming conventions to maintain platform integrity.
3. Automations & Internal Tooling (The "AI Amplifier")Build & Maintain Intelligent Workflows: Design and optimize workflows using n8n, Clay, and Claude Code to automate lead enrichment, ICP classification, and persona mapping.
Internal AI Product Development: Identify opportunities and act as the “product owner” for internal AI tools (e.g., custom objection intelligence applications, RFP bots, or custom LLM integrations) to maximize team effectiveness.
What you need to have:
The Technical Stack: You have hands-on, expert-level experience configuring and administering HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
The Automation Stack: You have some experience building multi-step automations and workflows using iPaaS tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or n8n). Most importantly, you have an insatiable curiosity for AI, API integrations, and modern data enrichment (e.g., Clay), and are excited to rapidly upskill in these technologies.
Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency with SQL, BI tools, and marketing attribution software.
Cross-Functional Leadership: You aren't just a builder; you have the leadership skills, communication clarity, and emotional intelligence to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption of your tools.
