Join us as a Marketing Operations Specialist
Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Private Banking Marketing Team. In this role, the Marketing Operations Specialist (MOS) is responsible for supporting the Marketing team to deliver best-in-class marketing collateral and events to the Relationship Management teams (the Front Office) to support business development and client service. This position supports several information delivery platforms, including the CRM, BBH.com, Marketo and Seismic. In performing this role, the MOS will also assist with the upkeep of the data so that our collateral and messaging are competitive and up-to-date. This person should be an excellent communicator (written, verbal) and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. The role will be supported by central resources in the areas of graphic design, marketing compliance, and internal and external distribution.
Some of your key responsibilities include:

Help posting and monitoring of all central and standard sales collateral and tools on both on Seismic sales portal and external website

Help to maintain the marketing and sales content on the Seismic platform and the public websites

Support the publication and delivery of Marketing and Communication materials, templates and toolsets

Maintain and update the master events calendar, assist with invitation/advertisement design submissions, update event invitation lists as needed and update event RSVPs as needed

Follow up on payment status for sponsorship and speaker invoices

Work with purchasing team to coordinate gift ideas

Work with Relationship Managers to ensure CRM records are updated.

Support templates for PB Publications

Manage review and posting processes with Compliance and the central Web Publishing Team

Back up for team members as needed including on-site support as needed for large, local events
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Financial industry marketing experience preferred

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent conceptual and critical thinking skills
-
Ability to analyze complex issues and make sound decisions in a timely manner, managing multiple deliverables concurrently while handling short-term interruptions

Strong initiative; must be able to work independently and as a member of a team with strong time-management skills

Ability to build relationships across organizational groups

Willing to take initiative and act independently

Experience with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems

Experience with Marketo, Marketo Certification a plus

Experience with Seismic and HTML, a plus

Salary Range
$75,000-$85,000
BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
